Shipping Information

Orders are first processed following availability and credit verification.
Once the order is confirmed and accepted we will dispatch your purchase.
Please take into account this process can take up to 48h.
We will do our best to ensure that every step takes a minimum amount of time.

Delivery Times & Costs

* Only for Quebec and Ontario, we recommend you choose ground service (Shipping time: 1 to 3 days at most). 

Ground shipping is free for all orders over 250$

Return shipping is free for Canada & the U.S.      
For all other countries, a flat rate of 20$ (which can be credited for a next purchase) 
Free returns are not applicable on final sale items

Please note delivery time does not include weekends or Holidays.

All orders placed on Friday after 4pm through the weekend will be processed the following Monday

Taxes & Duties

If an order is shipped internationally, possible delays may be encountered during customs clearance.
This delay is out of our control and could result in later deliveries than the original estimated delivery time.

For orders designated to countries outside Canada, custom duties, taxes and fees may be applicable
Taxes and duties are calculated according to your shipping destination. 
Recipient is responsible for all those incurring fees.

You allow Masabni to collect the applicable Import Fees for your order at check out,
to reimburse the designated Carrier for all import fees imposed by the country of destination.
You should not pay any additional fees when package is delivered

To obtain details regarding the Actual Import Fees, or to obtain documentation
or receipts in connection with customs clearance, you may contact the Carrier specified
in your shipment confirmation e-mail. 

Refused Shipments or Wrong Address

If the item is returned to us for shipment refusal or wrongful address,
you are responsible for the initial shipping charges, any Import fees and all costs charged by
the postal service company for the return of that package.
This amount will be deducted from your order’s refund.

All shipments to Puerto Rico can only be shipped with Express shipping services.
